  • Current turn around time for orders is 2 weeks plus shipping
  • please read all product descriptions and use measurements provided to ensure an accurate fit

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the US only. All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and U.S orders are shipped with USPS via ChitChat Express.  Hoot and Holly is not responsible for any custom fees incurred during shipping.

Canadian Shipping Options:

Letter Mail - our most affordable option, these packages are not tracked. Will arrive in approx. 5-7 days depending on your location

Expedited - tracked and will arrive in approx. 3-5 days.

Need an order in a rush? Ask us about Priority Shipping rates in Canada.

Local pick up is available in Milton, Ontario by appointment.

Local Pick up in Milton:

Local pick up is available in Milton, you can choose free pick up in the shipping options at check out.  Once you have placed your order, we will email when your order is ready to arrange an appointment for pick up. Please keep in mind that we are not a storefront and pick up times may vary.

U.S Shipping

Tracked via USPS and will arrive in 3-5 days.
