We highly recommend choosing tracked shipping for all orders. Letter mail packages are experiencing major delays across Canada. If you choose our $4.00 untracked letter mail please be advised that we cannot be responsible for slow orders. It is very rare for an order to be lost in transit but we cannot afford to refund or replace orders that are stuck in the mail system due to backlogs. Thank you for understanding.
